Rhe regulations define the general terms and conditions for making orders in the online store “Wierzba Pleciona” (hereinafter referred to as the “Store”), operating at the electronic address www.wierzbapleciona.pl. The owner of the Store is Ewelina Domagała conducting business under the name Ewelina Domagała SALIX Powstańców Śląskich 103/1, 01-355 Warsaw, NIP: 8172136942, email address: biuro@wierzbapleciona.pl.
The prices listed in the Store are in Polish currency (PLN) and are net prices (we aren’t a VAT payer). Product prices do not include delivery costs.
Orders in the Store should be placed through the Store.
Orders can be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
The information on the Store’s website regarding the purchased goods at the time of placing the order is binding for the parties, especially: the price, characteristics of the product, its features, components of the set, delivery time and method.
When placing an order, the customer provides:
The contract with the customer is concluded upon acceptance of the order by the seller, which the seller informs the customer within 24 hours.
The contract is concluded in the Polish language, in accordance with Polish law and these regulations.
In the case of prepayment, the order is accepted for processing after the store receives confirmation of payment.
Fulfillment of a customer’s order paid by bank transfer or through electronic payment systems occurs after the customer’s payment is credited to the seller’s account. In the case of card payments, the order fulfillment time must be indicated from the moment of obtaining positive authorization.
The customer is obliged to make the payment for the sales agreement within 3 working days from its conclusion, unless the sales agreement provides otherwise. Failure to make the payment within the specified period means cancellation of the order.
Placing an order and its confirmation by the customer in the manner indicated above constitutes a legally binding sales agreement between the online store and the customer.
Due to the fact that these are live plants, our company reserves the right to suspend or cancel the order without giving a reason, which involves the refund of the purchased plants along with shipping costs.
Shipments are sent within a maximum of 1 to 9 working days from the receipt of payment. The customer is notified of the shipment by a separate email, which is automatically generated after placing the order. In special cases, the seller reserves the right to fulfill the order within 30 working days from the receipt of funds or when the ordered products are assembled. However, the customer will be notified by email.
Photos of goods/products are for illustrative purposes only. The shipped goods may differ slightly from the photo posted on the product’s website.
The dimensions of the products may vary by 15%.
The customer can choose from the following payment methods:
In case of need to refund for a transaction made by a customer using a payment card, the seller will refund the amount to the bank account linked to the customer’s payment card.
The store sends the ordered goods through courier or transport companies.
In the case of payment by bank transfer, the delivery period is calculated from the date of crediting the payment to the seller’s bank account.
Goods are shipped Monday to Thursday.
Failure to pick up the package without informing the store of the reason results in canceling the order without the possibility of a refund of incurred costs.
If the customer doesn’t pick up the ordered shipment with the personal pickup form within 10 days from receiving information about the readiness of the order for pickup, it results in canceling the order without the possibility of a refund of incurred costs.
The store reserves the right to change the courier company to one different from what the customer declared as the first choice, if the courier fee is lower than what the customer declared, the difference will be refunded to the account or another method. In the case of a higher fee, the customer will not be charged additional costs.
If the store determines during packing that one shipment is insufficient and sending in one package is not safe for the products, it may send multiple packages and charge the customer for additional shipping, but the customer will be informed about this fact.
In the event of non-compliance of the goods with the agreement, the customer is obliged to immediately contact the seller by sending an email to sklep@wierzbapleciona.pl with a description of the complained product and its non-compliance with the agreement.
The store will consider the customer’s complaint within 14 working days.
In case of a justified complaint, the store will propose a reduction in the price of the purchased goods, a discount amount for future purchases, or a refund of the goods. The cost of delivery from the customer to the store is borne by the store.
To consider a complaint, a protocol drawn up by the courier company employee at the time of receiving the package is needed.
The customer has the right to withdraw from the agreement without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the goods, provided that the goods show no signs of use, damage, or neglect. The right of withdrawal from the agreement does not apply to living plants.
The customer informs about the withdrawal from the agreement with a relevant statement to the store’s registered office or email address.
The customer returns the goods to the online store within 14 days of submitting the statement of withdrawal from the agreement.
The customer sends back the goods subject to the agreement from which he withdrew at his own cost and responsibility.
Within 3 working days of receiving the shipment, the online store will check the condition of the delivered goods.
Within 14 days of submitting the statement of withdrawal from the agreement, the seller will refund the paid amount to the customer. The refund will be made by bank transfer to the account indicated by the customer.
The right to withdraw from the agreement does not apply to the customer if the subject of the sales agreement is non-prefabricated items, manufactured according to the customer’s specifications, or serving to satisfy his individual needs.

Personal data provided by the customer in the form are processed for the purpose of fulfilling the sales agreement and, with separate consent, may be processed for marketing and promotional purposes, in accordance with the conditions specified in the Act of August 29, 1997, on the protection of personal data (Journal of Laws No. 101 of 2002, item 926, as amended).
The customer’s personal data will be processed to the extent necessary for the fulfillment and delivery of the goods indicated in the order form.
Providing personal data by the customer is voluntary but necessary to fulfill the sales agreement.
The customer has the right to access and correct their data, request the cessation of their processing, object to their processing, and request their deletion.
The customer may receive marketing or promotional materials electronically, especially to the email address provided by the customer, if the customer gives consent.
The customer may withdraw consent to receive marketing or promotional materials sent electronically by sending a withdrawal notice to the following email address: sklep@wierzbapleciona.pl.
All names of goods offered for sale by the seller, their descriptions, and photos are used for identification purposes and may be legally protected or reserved.
By submitting photos containing products purchased in the online store “Wierzba Pleciona” to the store, the customer declares that they have all copyrights to them and automatically consents to the publication of the photo on the store’s website and on the store’s profile on social media platforms.
The regulations come into force on the day of publication on the website of the online store www.wierzbapleciona.pl.
These regulations may be amended.
Changes to the regulations will be published on the website of the online store.
Information about changes to the regulations will be sent to the customer’s email address provided in the order. Within 14 days of receiving the message about the change in the regulations, the customer can submit a statement of termination of the agreement.
In the event of failure to terminate the agreement within the specified period, the customer is bound by the provisions of the amended regulations.
Matters not regulated by the regulations are governed by generally applicable laws, in particular, the Civil Code and the Act on specific conditions of consumer sales and amendments to the Civil Code.
