HOW DO WE PACK PLANTS FOR SHIPPING ALL OVER POLAND?
Are you afraid of buying plants online? When we tell some of our friends what we do, they are surprised that shipping plants is even possible.
No wonder… A plant is a living organism, each leaf of which is worth its weight in gold, which is why shipping is so demanding. However, there are ways to do that! We have devoted many, many hours to testing various materials and delivery companies to finally master the difficult art of hassle-free plant shipping.
SO THAT YOU DON'T HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT THE PLANT WE WILL SEND TO YOU, CHECK WHAT OUR ORDER PROCESS LOOKS LIKE:
STEP 1
First, before shipping, we watch carefully each plant and select the best specimens for you. If they need it, we water them additionally, before they set off.
STEP 2
We carefully secure the pot with foil to prevent soil from spilling out during delivery.
STEP 3
The entire plant, including the leaves, is secured with paper and then wrapped in a cardboard sleeve, so that they will not be crushed if the box is squeezed.
STEP 4
We place the safely packed plant in a box. We apply filler to the free space that remains. In this way, the plant will be double and tightly protected against moving in the box.
STEP 5
When the temperature drops, we put a special heat-insulating insert into each package, which generates heat for 40 hours. This allows the plant to travel safely even in this cold period!

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
We ship parcels Monday to Thursday to reduce the risk of the parcel getting stuck in the sorting center over the weekend. Over 98% of our parcels reach the recipient intact the next day after shipment! Each package comes with our original postcard.
